Job summary

Diligente Technologies is seeking a strong backend engineer to design and build scalable commerce and customer-facing applications in a fast-paced product environment. You will own technical design, code reviews, and delivery execution across multiple teams.

We expect deep Java/Spring Boot expertise, experience with Kafka and Kubernetes, and solid frontend collaboration with React/TypeScript. You’ll work in an Agile setup with emphasis on reliability, security, and end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with a focus on scalable architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and event-driven design.
• Frontend collaboration using React and TypeScript in a modern stack.
• Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Proven ability to work in Agile product teams and deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Strong backend development experience (80% backend, 20% frontend)
• Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, Redis, SQL/NoSQL databases, Security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, mTLS)
• React, TypeScript, modern frontend development
• Observability and Monitoring (Dyantrace, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog)
• Experience working in Agile product teams
