Job summary

HappieHire is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to own frontend and backend for the Insurance Recovery Platform and Garage ERP, building enterprise-grade web apps from ground up. You will design scalable microservices, secure APIs, and cloud-native apps on Microsoft Azure, contributing to architecture and engineering standards.

You will develop RESTful APIs with .NET Core, create Angular UIs, containerize with Docker, deploy with Kubernetes, and implement CI/CD pipelines.

Role: Full Stack Developer (.NET Core + Angular) — Platform Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Experience: Mid to Senior (4–8 Years)

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (.NET Core + Angular) to build enterprise-grade web applications from the ground up. You will own both frontend and backend development of our Insurance Recovery Platform and Garage ERP, designing scalable microservices, secure APIs, responsive user interfaces, and cloud-native applications running on Microsoft Azure. This is a founding engineering role where you will help define architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core (C#).
• Build scalable microservices for Claims, Settlement, Disputes, Garage ERP, Job Cards and Estimate Routing.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

AI & GENERATIVE AI SKILLS (Preferred):

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Ability to build AI-powered assistants, copilots, document intelligence, and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience developing AI-enabled REST APIs and integrating AI services into Angular and .NET Core applications.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and AI model evaluation.
• Knowledge of AI observability, responsible AI, security, and governance best practices.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, and Agentic AI architectures is a plus.
