iShare Inc. is seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join the Digital & AI Solutions Engineering team in India.

You will build enterprise web apps and backend services for an Agentic Finance Platform, integrating HITL workflows, AI recommendations, and secure multi-tenant architecture. The role requires 7–11 years of experience, strong AngularJS/TypeScript and .NET Core/Python capabilities, plus PostgreSQL design and real-time communication skills.

Job Description: Fullstack Engineer — Agentic Finance Platform

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our Digital & AI Solutions Engineering team and help build a next-generation Agentic Finance Platform.

You will develop user-facing enterprise applications and backend services that support AI-driven Finance and Accounting workflows. The role involves building Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) worklists, exception management dashboards, approval workflows, tenant configuration tools, reporting interfaces, and REST APIs.

You will work closely with AI engineers, backend engineers, platform teams, and Finance domain SMEs to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop HITL worklist applications for finance reviewers to review AI recommendations, approve/reject tasks, add notes, and escape exceptions.
• Build exception management dashboards with real-time queues, priority, aging, status, and drill-down capabilities.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core and Python.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, data models, indexes, and queries for workflow and transactional data.
• Implement real-time application updates using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE).
• Integrate applications with authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, and tenant-isolation mechanisms.
• Integrate AI/LLM-generated recommendations, confidence scores, and explanations into enterprise UI workflows.
• Develop complex, form-heavy and data-intensive enterprise applications with advanced validation and state management.
• Implement workflow orchestration using Temporal.io and integrate with Azure messaging and integration services.
• Build operational dashboards with filtering, drill-down, visualizations, and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure frontend performance, monitoring, error tracking, and usage analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs to understand invoice processing, payment, reconciliation, and exception-management workflows.
• Follow secure coding, auditability, accessibility, and enterprise development standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Fullstack Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with AngularJS and TypeScript
• Strong backend development experience with .NET Core and Python
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and transactional data modeling
• Hands-on experience with EKS/Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Temporal.io
• Experience with Azure services such as Event Grid, Service Bus, Data Factory, Databricks, Logic Apps, and Blob Storage
• Experience with AngularJS architecture and state management, including NgRx or equivalent
• Experience building complex enterprise UIs with multi-step forms, configurable tables, inline editing, and complex validations
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, and session management
• Knowledge of web performance optimization, including lazy loading, caching, code splitting, and optimistic UI updates
• Experience building approval workflows, task management systems, or HITL applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Finance & Accounting applications, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliation, or financial operations
• Experience with Chart.js, D3, Highcharts, Recharts, or similar visualization libraries
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
• Experience with drag-and-drop interfaces, visual field mapping, workflow builders, or rule configurators
• Experience with audit trails and compliance requirements in regulated environments
• Experience integrating frontend applications with LLM/AI services
• Understanding of Finance KPIs such as STP rate, first-pass match rate, and exception aging
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture
• Strong understanding of enterprise application security and multi-tenant architectures
