Qualifications

• 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience in AI-led products.
• Strong AWS ecosystem knowledge and cloud-native design skills.
• Ability to translate CXO requirements into workable technical architectures.
• Proficiency in backend, infrastructure, and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

• Engineer from 0 to 1: lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products.
• Architect on AWS: design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure with scale and stability.
• Direct CXO collaboration: partner with leadership to shape strategic roadmaps.
• The full lifecycle: you own development, shipping, maintenance, and scaling.

• Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You’ll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.
• Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you’re helping shape the strategic roadmap.
• The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.
