Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies seeks a skilled full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using ReactJS on the front end and Java 11+ with Spring Boot on the back end.

You will build microservices, leverage AWS for deployment and monitoring, and integrate Kafka for real-time messaging. The role requires MongoDB and PostgreSQL expertise, Docker/Kubernetes familiarity, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, ES6+).
• Proficiency in Java 11+ with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
• Kafka experience for real-time messaging and streaming.
• MongoDB and PostgreSQL data persistence knowledge.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Docker/Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and API Gateway is beneficial.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, functional components, ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Java 11 or higher and Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, etc.).
• Proficiency in Kafka for distributed messaging and streaming.
• Database experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (SQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Exposure to GraphQL and API Gateway.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, caching (Redis/Elasticache), and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, CloudWatch).
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
