About the job Full Stack Developer (iOS & Android)

Looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in iOS (Objective-C) and Android development to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust mobile applications and backend services. Your role will encompass both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and devices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver new features and improvements.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with the product team to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Integrate third‑party services, APIs, and SDKs to enhance app functionalities.
• Develop and manage back-end services (Ruby on Rails) for mobile applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications for both platforms (iOS & Android).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in iOS (Objective‑C, Swift) and Android (Java, Kotlin) development.
• Strong knowledge of iOS SDK and Android SDK.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and handling JSON data.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficient in building and deploying mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.).
• Experience with back‑end technologies Ruby on Rails, or Java Spring.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Ability to write clean, well‑documented, and reusable code.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with Firebase or other push notification services.
• Experience with unit testing and frameworks like JUnit (for Android) or XCTest (for iOS).
• Background in UX/UI design or an understanding of user‑centric design principles.
