Job Overview:

Looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Application Developer with 1+ years of relevant Fullstack App development experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Fullstack App development experience for Senior Positions to join our tech team. You will design, build, and scale modern web applications that serve both commercial clients and social impact programs. This role offers the chance to grow technically while contributing to solutions that matter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end applications
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications
• Debug, test, and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Continuously improve the development process and stay updated with modern technologies

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Proficiency in back-end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
