Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) – Team Lead to join our growing team on a full-time remote contractual basis.
• The ideal candidate should possess 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js), along with proven experience in leading development teams.
• This role requires a technically strong leader who can contribute through hands‑on development while managing developers, planning project execution, reviewing code, and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality software solutions.
• If you are currently seeking a role that provides a conventional monthly CTC from the start of employment, this opportunity may not be the right fit for you.

Employment Terms

• Full-time remote (Work From Home) opportunity.
• Initial contractual employment for 8 months.
• Working schedule: 5.5 days per week.
• Based on performance during the contract period and business requirements, candidates may be offered a permanent position with the company and transitioned to the organization’s standard CTC structure.

Important Before You Apply

• This is an 8-month full-time contractual opportunity.
• The primary compensation model includes a ₹70,000 lump-sum payout upon successful completion of the contractual period, or the alternative ESOP/permanent employment options described above.

Compensation Options

• Option 1 – Contract Completion Payout
  • Successfully complete the 8-month contractual period and receive a lump-sum payout of ₹70,000, subject to satisfactory performance and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Upon receiving the payout, candidates may choose to conclude their engagement with the company.
• Option 2 – ESOP-Based Compensation
  • Eligible candidates may opt for compensation through the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
  • ESOPs will be granted in accordance with the company’s ESOP policy.
  • At the end of the 8-month contractual period, the ESOPs will be evaluated as per the company’s policy and may either continue to vest or be converted into monetary value, subject to company terms and performance.
• Option 3 – Permanent Employment Opportunity
  • Candidates who successfully complete the 8-month contractual period and demonstrate strong performance may be offered a full-time permanent position, subject to business requirements and company evaluation.
  • Upon confirmation, the ₹70,000 will be paid as a performance/completion bonus, and the candidate will transition to the company’s standard salary (CTC) structure from the 9th month onwards.
