Job summary

Philips is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer (C#, Angular) to design, implement and test modules in a fast-paced health tech environment. You will work across web apps and microservices, use SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and collaborate with local and global teams to deliver on time.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of web development experience and a strong grasp of OO principles and modern front-end/back-end stacks. On-site collaboration is required with minimum 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science.
  • 5–8 years of experience in web development using Angular 2 and above.
  • Experience with HTML/HTML5/CSS, JavaScript.
  • Proven experience with Node.js.
  • Proven experience with C#/.NET.
  • Experience in web-based applications and micro-services architecture.
  • OO programming, data structures and design principles.
  • Relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), SQL queries, tuning, debugging and migrations.
  • Experience in an Agile team environment (local and global teams).
  • Unix environment experience is a plus.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer -C#, Angular
Responsibility
  • Designing, implementation, integration and test of a (sub) system, component or module in high quality, according to requirements and on time.
  • Complying and aligning with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing).
  • Carrying out complicated development and prototyping tasks.
  • Good understanding of the market needs and ability to translate them to implementation requirement while considering the overall solution.
  • Promoting domain knowledge, innovative thinking and customer understanding.
  • Promoting trust, openness and leverage external capabilities locally and globally Good Communication.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Web development- Angular 2 and above
  • Experience and understanding of HTML/HTML5/CSS, JavaScript
  • Proven experience on Nodejs
  • Proven experience on C#/.NET
  • Should be experienced in web based applications and micro-services architecture.
  • Experienced in Object Oriented Programming, data structures and design principles.
  • Experience in relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), writing SQL queries, fine tuning, debugging issues and database migration is desired.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile team oriented environment (local and global teams)
  • Experience on Unix environment- advantage
