Lead the design and implementation of scalable, automation-driven testing strategies that ensure compliance with healthcare standards. The Interoperability Architect will drive interoperability test strategy with tactical realization, innovation in test infrastructure, collaborate across teams, and shape the future of interoperability verification through AI-supported approaches. 14+ experience in Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent.
Strong understanding of interoperability standards and verification processes.
Expertise in test automation frameworks and reusable component design.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of behavior-driven development (BDD) and Gherkin syntax.
Ability to architect and maintain scalable test infrastructure.
Analytical skills to define and measure test coverage and effectiveness.
Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in interoperability and testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate requirements into tactical execution.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
