Job summary

Chevron ENGINE in Bengaluru, India, invites applications for a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using Microsoft Azure. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with strong programming fundamentals.
• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (20+) and/or other modern front-end frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Razor Pages, React, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience in backend development using .NET Core 8 (Web APIs) and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience implementing security best practices in web development.
• Strong understanding and application of design patterns and best practices (e.g., MVC, REST, SOLID principles, DDD) to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with unit testing in Angular.
• Optional: Exposure to Ansible.

About the position:

The Full-Stack Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and APIs using Microsoft Azure. • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred Skills Experience with TypeScript.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
