Job summary

SalaryBox is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build products end-to-end and solve complex engineering problems. We are technology-agnostic; what matters most are strong fundamentals, ownership, and a product mindset with the ability to learn across the stack.

You'll join an agile team in a startup atmosphere, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ship features used by real users and to grow the platform for India's MSME ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a product-based company/startup.
• Strong DSA and problem-solving fundamentals.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience shipping features used by real users.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents / LLM-powered applications.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and scale end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to convert requirements into reliable and scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of features from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Design and build APIs, backend services, databases, integrations, and responsive user interfaces.
• Debug production issues and continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay curious about emerging technologies and experiment with new tools, frameworks, and approaches.
