Job summary

Staples India Business Innovation Hub Private Limited in Chennai seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer to translate business requirements into Java Spring Boot back-end services with Angular or React front-ends, supporting Customer Service operations.

You will collaborate across business and technology units to deliver innovative solutions, build microservices, integrate REST APIs, and help roll-outs while addressing post-production issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Full Stack developer.
• Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) applications.
• Development experience within a microservices architecture.
• Strong frontend development with Angular and/or React.
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Relational databases (Oracle, Postgres).
• Understanding of AI-driven design, including orchestration of LLMs.
• Working knowledge of integrating LLM-based solutions using enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience with Agile/Scrum (Jira/Jenkins/Bitbucket).

Requirements

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 2 years - Enterprise-class full stack development with Java (Spring boot) applications and modern UI technologies, Angular and/or React
  
• 1+ years - Experience with AI & Agentic frameworks, LLM-based solutions powering customer conversational flows
  

Basic Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Full Stack developer
