Ingersoll Rand India Ltd is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to own and build scalable digital solutions. You will work on Angular/Java stacks, integrate SAP, Snowflake, and Salesforce, and drive AI-enabled features with security and quality at the core.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with stakeholders, Agile execution, and strong focus on secure, robust software delivery.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in CS/IT/ECE/Engineering.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong Angular, TypeScript, Java and Spring Boot skills.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake integrations.
• Secure coding practices and CVE remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own & develop full-stack solutions (Spring Boot + Angular).
• Lead integration of SAP, Snowflake, and Salesforce with product platforms.
• Deliver AI-enabled capabilities for intelligent recommendations.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and microservices with Security by Design.
• Drive DevSecOps with SAST/DAST and CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate mock screens into high‑quality UI implementations.
• Ensure data architecture, performance, and mentoring of juniors.

Job & Division Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and drive development of scalable digital solutions supporting our PFT EMEIA (Vacuum & Blowers) Business Group from IRETC Bangalore . The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder collaboration, Agile execution, and focus on quality, security, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own & develop full-stack solutions (Spring Boot + Angular) as a hands‑on individual contributor.
• Lead integration of SAP, Snowflake, and Salesforce with product selection platforms.
• Deliver AI-enabled capabilities for intelligent recommendations and automation.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and microservices with Security by Design (threat modeling, secure coding, CVE remediation).
• Drive DevSecOps practices using SAST (SonarQube, Checkmarx) & DAST (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)
• Translate mock screens/prototypes into intuitive, high-quality UI implementations.
• Ensure data architecture, CI/CD, performance optimization, and act as a technical mentor.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong expertise in Angular , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Web Accessibility.
• Solid backend experience in Java , Spring Boot , REST APIs, Microservices..
• Hands‑on experience building enterprise applications using at least one Low‑Code/No‑Code platform, such as Qlik, Mendix, or Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience in secure coding practices (OWASP, API security) and CVE remediation

Desired Skills

• Exposure to test automation (Cypress, Jasmine, unit/integration testing)
• Strong proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL),NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Knowledge of Agile lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake)
• Experience with Git‑based source control and CI/CD pipelines

Qualification

BE / ME in Computer Science / IT / ECE / Engineering 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise software development
