NEC Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Full Stack AI Engineer to build AI-powered applications and agent-based solutions. You will work across AI orchestration, backend development, and modern web UI development to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LangGraph/LangChain, Python/FastAPI backend, and React frontend, plus familiarity with vector databases and CI/CD practices.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack AI Engineer with hands‑on experience in building AI‑powered applications and agent‑based solutions. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience developing AI prototypes, PoCs, or production solutions leveraging LLMs and agent frameworks. The role involves working across AI orchestration, backend development, and modern web UI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build, orchestrate, and optimize AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph , LangChain , and related ecosystems.
• Develop demonstrable prototypes and solutions utilizing agent workflows, RAG, tool calling, and multi‑step reasoning.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI .
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, external APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Design and develop responsive web applications using React .
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to translate business requirements into AI‑driven solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, LLM, and Agentic AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• AI And Agent Development
  • Hands‑on experience with LangGraph , LangChain , CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
  • Proven experience in developing and demonstrating AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI‑powered applications.
  • Good understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling, Memory Management, and Agent Orchestration.
  • Experience integrating models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, or equivalent platform.
• Backend Development
  • Strong proficiency in Python .
  • Experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI .
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or vector databases.
  • Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and API design best practices.
• Frontend Development
  • Hands‑on experience with React.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and API integration.
  • Experience building responsive and user‑friendly interfaces

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build working AI solutions or agent‑based prototypes.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced innovation environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ideal Candidate

An engineer who has built and demonstrated AI‑powered applications using LLMs and agent frameworks, possesses strong Python/FastAPI backend skills, and can develop intuitive React‑based user interfaces to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agentic AI platforms and multi‑agent architectures.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of cloud‑native application development is advantageous but not mandatory

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
