Job summary

NPCI is seeking an AI Leader to drive AI orchestration for Neuron, our internal code-assist platform. You will architect and implement workflows for AI-powered code generation, validation, and optimization across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will lead a team to build reliable AI models, integrate them with CI/CD, and ensure scalable, secure development practices for mission-critical payment systems in India.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in AI/ML and software engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading AI orchestration initiatives and building code-generation, validation, and optimization workflows.

Responsibilities
