Job summary

Carrerlift in India is seeking a motivated full-stack developer to build and deploy AI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will work with large language models, design prompt strategies, and deliver production-ready features across backend (Python, Docker) and frontend (Next.js) components.

You'll collaborate across teams in a fast-moving environment, ensure code quality, and apply best practices for testing and edge cases while communicating technical decisions clearly.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for how enterprise AI applications solve real business problems.
• Hands-on experience with Python as a primary language.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with practical knowledge of Next.js for full-stack development.
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
• Comfort with prompt engineering fundamentals and guiding AI models toward outputs.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and implement systematic solutions.
