ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Full Stack AI Developer who can bridge the gap between intelligent AI backends and modern, performant user interfaces. You will own end-to-end feature development — from React.js frontends to Python-based AI services and REST APIs — deployed for enterprise clients and Durapid's own growing AI product suite. This is a high-ownership role where your work ships to real clients and drives real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build robust Python-based backend services, REST APIs, and microservices to power AI-driven product features.
• Integrate LLMs and GenAI APIs — OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face — into full-stack production workflows.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search solutions.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to productionize models and expose them via clean, versioned API contracts.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and technical solution design for enterprise AI engagements.
• Write clean, well-tested, and documented code; conduct code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum sprints, maintaining delivery velocity across multiple concurrent client projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and component-driven frontend architecture.
• Solid Python backend experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI / LLM APIs into production applications.
• Clear understanding of REST API design, authentication (JWT / OAuth2), and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong command of Git, code review workflows, and Agile / Scrum delivery methodology.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Azure AI Studio.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
• Prior exposure to enterprise IT staffing or client-facing consulting project environments.
• Microsoft Azure certifications — AZ-900 (Fundamentals) or AI-102 (AI Engineer Associate).
• Portfolio of AI-powered projects, open-source contributions, or personal AI product builds.
