We are looking for experienced **Full Stack AEM Developers** with strong hands‑on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM as a Cloud Service and Headless AEM implementations. The ideal candidates should have experience building scalable digital experiences, developing custom AEM components, implementing headless content delivery and integrating AEM with commerce platforms.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–7 years of overall software development experience, with substantial hands‑on AEM experience.

• Hands‑on experience implementing **Headless AEM**, including Content Fragments, Content Fragment Models, GraphQL APIs and headless content delivery.
• Good knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling Models, OSGi, Sling Servlets, HTL, JCR, components and templates.
• Strong Java development skills and experience building REST‑based integrations.
• Experience with AEM Dispatcher, caching, security configurations and performance optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with AEM Cloud Manager, Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• **Commerce integration experience** with commerce platforms.
• Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for coding, debugging, testing and refactoring.

Good to Have

• Experience with React.js or Next.js.
• Experience building frontend applications consuming AEM GraphQL APIs.
• Exposure to headless or composable digital experience architectures.
