Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter in Bengaluru to own end-to-end recruiting for multiple tech roles. The role requires building sourcing and closing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering against targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage multiple requisitions concurrently, design tailored hiring strategies for addressable talent pools, and contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives while continuously innovating the candidate

Qualifications

• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting in high-volume and high-hiring-bar environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering business results.

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders and have a penchant for innovation.

You will successfully manage, prioritize and close multiple requisitions against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight the customers. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions. In addition to end to end recruitment responsibilities across multiple hiring requests concurrently, you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers.
