• Top-tier educational credentials, preferably from IITs or equivalent institutions
• Strong problem-solving skills; experience in management consulting is a strong plus
• A hardcore executor mindset, owning end-to-end responsibility for the supply function
• Willingness and ability to work long hours dedicated to building and scaling the function

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fulfilment team and own the overall supply chain, procurement, and vendor management processes
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure reliable, cost-effective supply aligned with business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams to optimize supply metrics

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing supply team that can meet the demands of rapid scale

Deccan AI is a model training and eval startup headquartered in the Bay Area.
