United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee the freelance expert marketplace and vendor relationships. You will optimize onboarding, lifecycle management, and program efficiency across regions using analytics and automation.

The role requires 4+ years in program operations, strong SQL/Tableau skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in running program operations and building gig marketplace.
• Proven ability to lead and execute initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring smooth implementations in dynamic environments.
• Advanced expertise in using analytics to drive supply chain and workforce optimization; strong data-driven decision making with SQL/Tableau.

This role will need to ensure both vendor-sourced and individual freelance experts' utilization, work with x-fn stakeholders to unlock different skillset and task types for freelance experts, optimize onboarding & freelance experts lifecycle, partnering with Program Management teams and Product teams to build, operationalize, and improve efficiency of the marketplace.This role will work closely with both local and regional teams across regions and support the strategy and execution of how the company AI Solutions attracts, acquires, and develops skilled gig workers at scale through technology, automation, and process optimization.
