Job summary

Sims Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features from architecture through production. You will work across React and TypeScript applications, Java and Spring Boot services, and Python services supporting AI agents.

As one of the earliest engineers on the new AI team in Hyderabad, you will help establish its architecture, engineering practices, documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Working proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience taking an LLM-powered or agentic application into production.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear written and spoken English and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
• High ownership and the ability to lead technical work independently.

Responsibilities
