We have reorganized the core delivery teams into five different capability teams, namely- Fund Dealing & Brokerage, Transfers & Retirement, Client Account Management, Payments & Distribution and Reconciliations & Product Management.
We are looking for highly energetic individuals who are inquisitive, creative, and willing to challenge the status quo by identifying new and improved ways of working. The organisation provides an enabling environment where associates are encouraged to lead change, with strong sponsorship and support from senior management. The Process Associate is expected to develop a detailed understanding of end-to-end processes and play an active role in driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include conducting process trainings, driving improvement initiatives, participating in projects, and supporting continuous improvement across the team. The role also involves maintaining accurate and timely management information (MI), performing quality checks, documenting results, identifying process gaps or issues, and actively participating in discussions to agree and implement corrective actions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute beyond BAU activities while developing strong process, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Should be able to manage process escalations on their own. Ability to process large volatile volumes to deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Self - motivated and flexible with the ability to work in offshore shifts. Work towards achieving the relevant competency model for the role. Flexible to handle any ad-hoc business requirements. Proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement. Feel rewarded.
