Responsibilities

• Handle mold maintenance, demolding techniques, and mold care to prevent defects.
• Conduct post-production finishing including sanding, painting, and polishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise in FRP materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and various resins (polyester, epoxy, etc.)
• Execute molding techniques such as hand lay-up, spray-up, and compression molding for manufacturing FRP products
• Interpret and design molds for planters in various shapes and sizes
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure product strength, durability, and consistency
• Manage the full FRP manufacturing cycle – from raw material preparation to final finishing
• Perform hand lay-up and spray-up operations, ensuring correct fiber orientation and proper resin distribution
• Handle mold maintenance, demolding techniques, and mold care to prevent defects or damage
• Conduct post-production finishing, including sanding, painting, and polishing for visual and functional excellence
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet product specifications and client requirements
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and production guidelines
