Job summary

Talentgigs is seeking an expert front-end architect to lead the development of high-performance SPAs and PWAs. You will design modular frontend structures using Vue.js, TS, and Pinia, while migrating patterns to a functional-first approach.

You will champion performance, contribute to a modern design system, and mentor mid-level developers. The role demands deep Vue expertise, strong TS skills, and experience with Vite, Vitest, and Nuxt 4.

Qualifications

• Expert Vue.js knowledge with 5+ years in Vue3/4 and reactivity.
• Strong TypeScript skills with generics and utility types.
• Proficiency in modern Vue stack: Vite, Vitest, Vue Router, Nuxt 4.
• Tailwind CSS mastery and responsive design patterns.
• Testing discipline with Vitest and Playwright/Cypress for E2E.
• Experience with state management (Pinia) and real-time data handling.
• Ability to design modular frontends and maintainable design systems.
• Mentorship mindset and ability to translate frontend tradeoffs for stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design of complex Single PageApplications (SPAs) and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), ensuring a modular,maintainable, and scalable frontend structure.
• Composition API Mastery: Architect re-usable logic using Composables, moving awayfrom legacy Options API patterns to create a clean, "functional-first" codebase.
• State Management: Design and optimize global state strategies using Pinia, ensuringpredictable data flow and high performance in data-heavy environments.
• Performance Engineering: Own Core Web Vitals and frontend performance; implementadvanced code-splitting, lazy loading, and Vapor Mode (Virtual-DOM-less)optimizations to ensure sub-second interactivity.
• Design System Integration: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to build and maintainhigh-quality, accessible (A11y) component libraries using tools like Storybook andTailwind CSS.
• Cross-Platform Delivery: Utilize frameworks like Quasar or Capitator to deploy andmaintain high-performance versions of applications across Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
• Full-Stack Integration: Architect the contract between frontend and backend, ensuringseamless integration with REST/GraphQL APIs and managing complex client-sidecaching strategies.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish frontend best practices, conduct rigorous codereviews, and mentor mid-level developers in modern reactive patterns and TypeScriptbest practices.

Technical Qualifications

• Expert Vue Knowledge: 5+ years of experience with Vue.js, with deep expertise in Vue3/4, syntax, and the internal reactivity system.
• TypeScript Mastery: Proficiency in advanced TypeScript (Generics, Utility Types, TypeGuards) to ensure end-to-end type safety across the application.
• Ecosystem Proficiency: Expert-level experience with the modern Vue stack: Vite,Vitest, Vue Router, and Nuxt 4.
• Modern CSS: Mastery of Tailwind CSS, CSS Variables, and responsive design patterns(Grid, Flexbox, Container Queries).
• Testing Discipline: Strong experience in "Behavioral Testing" using Vitest for unit logicand Playwright or Cypress for E2E user-flow validation.
• Build Tooling: Deep understanding of modern build pipelines, includingESLint/Prettier configurations, CI/CD integration, and bundle analysis.
• State & Data Handling: Experience handling real-time data streaming(WebSockets/SSE) and complex form state validation (VeeValidate/Zod).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical"frontend" trade-offs into business-level decisions for stakeholders
