Position Summary

We’re expanding our Product Development team at Saarthee - a fast-paced, innovation-driven unit focused on building the next generation of data, analytics, and AI-powered platforms. We’re looking for a Front-End Developer who combines creativity, technical depth, and ownership to deliver intuitive, modern, and high-performing user interfaces. As a Front-End Developer, you’ll work across multiple products while owning one end-to-end leading its front-end architecture, experience, and pilot execution. You’ll collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex data-driven concepts into engaging and impactful user experiences that scale.

Role Responsibilities And Duties

• Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive, performant, and visually refined front-end applications.
• Own the front-end development lifecycle of one product while contributing to others as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate ideas into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring smooth communication between front-end and backend systems.
• Contribute to light backend work or API integrations when needed, demonstrating full-stack capability.
• Implement state management, routing, and modular UI components using modern frameworks.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD processes, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve the user experience through experimentation, performance tuning, and creative problem-solving.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end and full-stack technologies, tools, and practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in modern front-end development.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development, building scalable and modern web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and version control (Git).
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, or Chart.js).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• A builder mindset with ownership, curiosity, and adaptability to work in a fast-moving product environment.
