Job summary

Netweb Technologies India Ltd. is seeking a Frontend Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to build rich, interactive UI components and dashboards.

You will work on modular frontend architectures with strong state management, collaborating with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow and API integration. The role requires deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with editor frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on frontend experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Deep experience with React.js (or Vue/Svelte).
• Solid HTML5, CSS3, responsive design knowledge.
• Experience building complex UI systems (rich text editors, dashboards).
• Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Experience with editor frameworks (Lexical, Slate, ProseMirror, Draft.js).
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization (lazy loading, memoization).

Backend Skills (Supporting Role)

• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSǪL, etc.).

General Engineering

• Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Experience writing tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building or working on rich text editors/ collaborative tools.
• Familiarity with real‑time systems (WebSockets, live updates, collaborative editing).
• Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.
