Job summary

Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown is seeking a qualified hotel professional to oversee departmental operations in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service to employees, guests, and owners while maintaining operational excellence.

The candidate should have hospitality leadership experience, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and a background in Rooms/Front Office management. Madison, WI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
