Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a *customer-focused, energetic, and well-groomed Front Office Executive* to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest queries and requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Manage the complete check-in and check-out process as per company SOPs.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update required information in the system.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other teams to ensure smooth property operations.
- Handle room allocations, booking-related queries, and guest requests.
- Ensure proper collection and recording of payments, wherever applicable.
- Manage calls, emails, and other guest communications professionally.
- Provide guests with information about resort facilities, services, activities, and nearby locations.
- Follow all company policies, operational processes, and safety standards.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Maintain proper shift handovers and ensure effective communication between teams.
- Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day resort operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and overall service quality.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior experience in hospitality, front office, customer service, or retail will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer orientation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.
Accommodation & Food
- Accommodation and food will be provided by the resort.
- As this is a live-in property role, the selected candidate is expected to stay at the resort premises during their employment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working and staying at the property as per the assigned shift schedule and operational requirements.
