Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager for Insurance Broker operations in India. Lead service delivery, manage team structure and capacity planning, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

You will monitor SLAs, drive improvements, and maintain strong client governance while handling broker transactions and compliance. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, knowledge transfer during transitions, and ongoing training initiatives to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance or Risk Management & Insurance.
• Master's in Statistics is a plus.
• CAMS certification from PSIB is required or preferred.
