Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager for F&A - R2R to lead month-end close, reporting, and controls. You will manage multiple stakeholders, strengthen customer relationships, and drive audit deliverables while ensuring KPI adherence.

The role requires Bachelors in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance, CFA/FRM certifications preferred, and expertise in R2R processes, intercompany accounting, and Oracle ERP. English proficiency is required. Hybrid India location.
