We are looking for a Senior Front-End UI Developer with expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS, combined with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. In this role, you will craft scalable, responsive user interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of APIs and design systems into our multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

�Develop and maintain scalable, responsive front-end interfaces using Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.
� Translate mockup designs from Figma into high-quality, production-ready code.
� Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs and APIs.
� Ensure applications meet cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility standards.
� Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and usability.
� Build and maintain reusable components, libraries, and code for future use.
� Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and uphold clean, maintainable, and efficient codebases.
� Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and design principles to keep our platforms at the forefront of innovation

Required Qualifications:
� 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development for web applications.
� Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
� Expertise in translating designs from Figma into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
� Strong understanding of responsive design principles, performance optimization techniques, and modern design systems.
� Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, focusing on scalability and user engagement.
� Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
� Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments.
� Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across distributed teams.
