Job summary

QualityAI seeks an experienced full-stack engineer with 6+ years of hands-on development. You will design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React/Redux, with strong emphasis on code quality, testing (RSpec/Cucumber/Capybara), and documentation.

You will collaborate in an Agile team, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions while delivering high-quality solutions for diverse products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Strong experience with Ruby, Rails, React.js, and Redux.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience developing automated tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, normalization, and ORM concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
