Job summary

Himalaya Terpenes in Maharashtra (Wada) invites a Fresher Production Engineer (Chemical Plant) to supervise automated production systems and operate PLC/SCADA. The role includes production planning, equipment supervision, and meticulous documentation of batches and reports.

Shift is rotational (Morning/Afternoon/Night). B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 1–3 years’ exposure is preferred; salary is ₹24,000–₹30,000 CTC per month.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Experience: 1–3 years.
• Familiarity with automated production systems and process equipment is preferred.
• Shift will be rotational (Morning/Afternoon/Night).
• Ability to operate PLC/SCADA systems and supervise production lines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise automated production system.
• Operate PLC, SCADA, reactors and columns.
• Plan and control production schedules.
• Provide operational supervision of process machinery, pumps and lines.
• Manage health checkups, calibration, and service schedules for plant equipment.
• Maintain monthly/periodic reports: daily, monthly, stock, production, material, finished goods, inspection, and performance reports.
• Document every production batch, log records, and emergency breakdown details.
• Prepare and update SOPs related to plant and production.
• Perform other daily activities as assigned by plant/management.

Job Description:

• Handling and Supervision of Automated Production System.
• Operating PLC, SCADA, Reactors, Columns etc.
• Production Planning and Controlling
• Operational Supervision of Process Machinery, Pumps, Process Lines etc.
• Handling Health Checkup, Calibration, and Service Schedules of all above.
• Maintain monthly/ periodic/ yearly production reports such as Daily / Monthly / Stock Report, Production Reports, Raw Material, Semi Finished, Finished, Inspection Reports, Performance Reports or Feedback Reports etc.
• Develop and maintain documentation of every production batch, working report, log records, emergency breakdown details etc.
• Prepare, maintain and keep up to date all SOPs related to Plant and Production
• All other day to day activity shared by the plant and management.
