Job summary

Raj Process Equipments And Systems Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Jr. Production Engineer to supervise contractors and manage daily production planning for distillery equipment projects.

You will focus on DPR reporting, KPI tracking, and material follow-up, ensuring targets are met with precise coordination across teams. Ideal candidates have 2–7 years of experience in distillery, evaporator, dryer and related process equipment, with hands-on skills in cutting lists, 5S, and contractor liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level technical education in mechanical engineering or diploma with relevant experience.
• 2–7 years experience in distillery, evaporator, dryer, boilers, heat exchangers, storage tanks.
• Experience in contractor supervision and daily production planning.
• Knowledge of 5S on shop floor and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily production and monitor targets.
• Prepare cutting lists and issue BOI material to contractor.
• Follow up contractor work and resolve issues.
• Prepare DPR reports and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate contractor billing and LOI/PR/PO follow-up.
• Ensure QC clearance before handing over to logistics.
• Maintain 5S in leading area.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Contractor Supervision, Daily Production Planning, DPR Report, Bar Chart, KPI report, Cutting List Follow-up, BOI Material Follow-up, Contractor Billing, Consumable material, Acid Cleaning & Painting Follow-up.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Production Planning.
• Daily Production Report.
• Resolving contractor difficulties and problems.
• Daily Contractor Work follows up.
