In this role, you will connect with business owners over the phone to verify, update, and improve their presence on Google Maps and Google Business Profiles. Your primary focus will be data accuracy, customer support, and guiding clients on how to optimize their online visibility.

• Language Proficiency: Very Good at Reading, Writing and Speaking in the Arabic
• Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of how Google Maps function. Comfort with navigating multiple browser tabs.
• Research & Navigation: Ability to navigate websites to validate information
• Analytical Thinking & Decision Making: Ability to make sound decisions on ambiguous cases and categorize claims accurately.
