Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai is seeking a CA with 3 years post-qualification experience for an Internal Audit role.

You will conduct risk-based audits across business and support functions, evaluate internal controls and regulatory compliance, coordinate with stakeholders to close audit findings, and support proactive process improvements.

Experience in BFSI, NBFC regulations and strong data-analytic skills with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• CA qualification (ICAI) 1st/2nd attempt.
• Post-qualification IA/Risk/Assurance experience: 3 years.
• Experience in Banks/NBFCs/HFCs or reputed audit firms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BFSI regulations and internal controls.
• Proficient in data analysis and audit reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit working papers, observations, and reports.

• Stay updated on NBFC regulations and emerging risks.

Looking for Qualified Chartered Accountants (1st/2nd Attempt) to join the Internal Audit team of an NBFC. The role involves risk-based audits, internal controls, compliance, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Qualification

• Qualified CA (ICAI) 1st or 2nd Attempt

Experience & Skills

• 03 years post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk, or Assurance.
• Experience in Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, or reputed audit firms preferred.
