Job summary

Conduent in Noida is seeking a Benefits Admin professional with strong communication and customer service skills. Freshers are preferred but minimum 2 years in Benefits Admin or related processes is required.

You will manage eligibility, enrollment, and coverage data, perform DB operations for benefits setup, and handle pension/retirement processes. The role involves daily to monthly backend processing tasks, with cab facility provided and 5 days working.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Any customer service experience (Voice/Non-voice/backend).
• minimum 2 years of experience in Benefits Admin/customer service.
• Domestic or International Process Experience.

• Maintain, audit, and update employee eligibility, enrollment, and coverage data across internal systems and vendor platforms.
• DB operations(Define benefits), pension, retirement operation.
• Backend Operations Processing: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks including file feeds, payroll deductions, retro adjustments, and life event updates.
