Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a billing specialist to handle end-to-end invoicing and related activities. You will prepare and issue invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain meticulous billing records to ensure accuracy and timely postings.

The role requires close cooperation with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers with accurate and complete billing information.
• Reconcile billing accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Maintain records of all billing transactions, update customer accounts, process payments and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing inquiries and issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, staying updated with billing practices and implementing necessary changes.
