Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.

• Explain our services clearly and persuasively.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns in a professional manner.

• Maintain call records and update status in the system after each interaction.

• Follow call scripts and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.

• Meet weekly or monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th Pass / High School or equivalent.

• Good command of English or regional language(s) depending on your area of operation.

• Basic computer and mobile phone literacy.

• Comfortable speaking on phone for extended periods.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Ability to follow instructions and scripts while keeping a natural tone.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.

• Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts: Work at your convenience between 9 AM to 8 PM.

• Minimum commitment: 3–4 hours/day preferred (can be full-time or part-time based on your availability).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Persuasive and convincing approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (training provided if needed).

• Patience and resilience while handling different types of customer responses.
