Job summary

TalentSprint invites experienced Full Stack Development professionals with AI expertise to train and mentor B.Tech 1st Year students on campus in Noida. The role is session-based, freelance/contractual, with 4-5 hours per day, two days a week.

The ideal candidate will have strong frontend and backend skills (React/Angular, Java, Python, Node.js), hands-on API and database experience, and knowledge of AI integration in modern applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at a reputed university, college, or executive education institution.
• Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or AI-enabled application development.
• Strong verbal communication, learner engagement, and presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on Full Stack Development concepts and technologies.
• Teach frontend frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Train students in backend technologies including Java, Python, and Node.js.
• Conduct sessions on APIs, databases, application architecture, and software development best practices.
• Introduce AI integration techniques in modern web and enterprise applications.
• Design project-based learning activities and real-world case studies.
• Create assessments, assignments, and learning materials aligned with industry expectations.
• Mentor students on application development projects and capstone initiatives.
