Job summary

Genericart Medicine in Warangal seeks a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores. You will guide partners through store setup, ensure timely launches, and drive early customer connections for activation.

The ideal candidate has 1-4 years in MR or pharma sales, strong field sales, and willingness to travel within the territory. Retail pharmacy exposure and relationship management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience as MR, Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion preferred.

Responsibilities
