Job summary

Fractional Edge in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead financial strategy and planning. You will work with the Founder and executive team to shape the company’s financial trajectory, manage audits and compliance, and maintain strong bank relationships.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years as a CA with CFO-level experience, and a track record in D2C, E‑commerce, infrastructure, or real estate. Excellent communication and executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

• CA with at least 20 years of experience.
• Experience in D2C, E‑Commerce, Infrastructure or Real Estate preferred.
• Strong finance-based analytical skills.
• Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience; executive presence and communication.

We have a growing client base and currently looking out for several Fractional CFO's in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the Founder and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
