Genpact is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to direct corporate financial strategy and multi-year forecasting from Noida. You will advise the CFO and executive team, drive enterprise-wide budgeting, capital allocation, and M&A analytics in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, governance, and collaboration across geographies. 5+ days in the office, with leadership of a 10+ member team and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/MBA or equivalent with proven experience in Finance.
• 12+ years of FP&A/Finance Managed Services experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong SME & team leadership skills with experience leading 10+ members.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range financial plans and advanced scenario models for executive leadership.
• Drive variance analysis and forecast accuracy with regional insights (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong).
• Lead planning model optimization and ERP alignment (Oracle Fusion).
• Maintain governance, controls, and RACI with regional leads and corporate finance.
• Oversee annual operating planning and multi-year forecasting processes.
• Drive FP&A reporting, JV and management reporting for timely insights.
• Oversee automated analytics, Power BI strategies, and governance of FP&A tools.
• Partner with stakeholders on master data, treasury forecasting, and KPI reporting.

Seeking a strategic FP&A resource to direct corporate financial strategy and drive long-term value creation. In this high-impact, executive-facing role, you will oversee end-to-end enterprise financial planning, strategic capital allocation, and multi-year corporate forecasting models. Will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive suite, delivering high-level decision support for M&A opportunities, capital investments, and global market expansion. The ideal candidate possesses deep mastery of financial frameworks, enterprise performance management (EPM) systems, and dynamic scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Modeling & Executive Insights: Develop long-range financial plans, advanced scenario models, and high-level management decks for C-suite and regional executive leadership.
• Financial Performance & Business Insights: - Drive variance analysis and proactively track risks and opportunities to strengthen forecast accuracy and support informed business decisions along with measuring performance trends across geographies (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong).
• Planning Model & System Optimization: Drive FP&A transformation initiatives, including planning model optimization, report rationalization, and alignment with new ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion rollout).
• Stakeholder Management & Regional Governance: Serve as the primary FP&A liaison for regional business leads and corporate finance; maintain process governance, controls, and RACI enforcement.
• Annual Operating Planning & Forecast Management: Lead annual operating plans and periodic forecasts through budget assumption alignment, expense planning, cost-Centre management, and financial model governance.
• Management & Performance Reporting-Drive standard, ad-hoc and JV partner reporting to deliver timely performance insights and support management decision-making.
• Advanced Analytics & Responsible AI Management: Oversee automated analytics models, Power BI strategies, and ensure proper governance/human-in-the-loop controls over automated FP&A tools.
• Business Partnering & financial Support: - Partner with stakeholders on results and KPI reporting, financial master-data governance, and treasury support including cash-flow forecasting.
• Dynamic environment exhibit proactive and learning skills that are flexible and adaptable to a changing business dynamic, develop knowledge and support adhoc queries.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution – Provide analytical insight, investigate root causes of accounting discrepancies, and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications

• CA/CPA/MBA/or Equivalent with proven experience in Finance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 12+ years of prior experience in FP&A / Finance Managed Services supporting healthcare clients, with an understanding of healthcare industry financial and operational dynamics, is preferred.
• Strong SME & team leading skills with proven experience leading and developing teams of 10+ members.
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Written and Verbal Communication
• Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
• Proficiency in FP&A reporting and forecasting tools, and Excel/ PowerPoint
• ERP & Finance Platforms: SAP, Oracle and Sun Systems will be preferred.
• Planning, Analytics & Reporting: EPSi, Tagetik, Power BI, and budgeting/management reporting tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience using Power BI will be an advantage
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong contextual knowledge with sound data literacy.
