As an FPGA Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and delivering advanced FPGA-based solutions . We need minimum 8+ years of experienece in FPGA .

Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of FPGA solutions, from concept through to production.
• Architect and review RTL designs, ensuring robust and efficient hardware implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and systems engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee verification and validation of FPGA designs, utilizing simulation and hardware testing methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within FPGA development processes and best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and participate in design reviews.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in FPGA development and RTL design (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog).
• Strong expertise in FPGA architecture, synthesis, timing analysis, and optimization.
• Proficient with leading FPGA toolchains (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, ModelSim).
• Experience in board-level debugging and hardware bring-up.
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Other Requirements (Optional)

• Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and SoC integration.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles and project management.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Xilinx Certified Engineer) are advantageous.
