Job summary

TekWissen India is seeking an FP&A Reporting Analyst to own GTM financial and operational reporting. You will be the single point of contact for executive reporting packages, translating complex performance into crisp insights for leadership.

You will develop core reporting packages for the Finance team, support monthly business reviews, manage P&L forecasting, and establish standardized reporting processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or business finance experience.
• Experience delivering regular leadership reporting cadences.
• Strong P&L modeling including headcount, OpEx, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Client reporting platform and advanced Excel.
• Collaborative with finance teams to empower business leaders through clear reporting.

About the Role

• We are seeking an FP&A Reporting Analyst to serve as the central anchor and owner for our GTM financial and operational reporting.
• In this critical role, you will be the single point of contact for executive and business reporting packages, translating complex financial performance into crisp, actionable business intelligence for leadership.
• In this role, you will develop and deliver the core reporting packages that the broader Finance team uses to brief Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, equip finance business partners with monthly business review materials, manage P&L forecasting, and establish standardized reporting processes across the organization.
• As the central reporting specialist, you will leverageClientand our financial systems as an advanced reporting power user—partnering with systems and modeling teams to refine reporting capabilities while focusing your core mandate on delivering high-impact analysis, data integrity, and executive-ready reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

Central Reporting Management & Executive Insights

• Central Reporting Hub: Own the end-to-end management, preparation, and distribution of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reporting packages for executive leadership and board stakeholders.
• Variance & Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) across revenue and expenses to identify underlying business drivers, operational risks, and growth opportunities.
• Executive Storytelling: Distill, synthesize, and frame complex financial findings into crisp, executive-ready presentations, executive memos, and dashboard visualizations.

Finance Team Enablement & GTM Reporting Support

• Reporting Deliverables for Finance Partners: Architect and generate monthly financial review packages, KPI scorecards, and commercial decks for the Finance team to present to GTM business leadership.
• Business Review Preparation: Equip finance business partners with deep-dive variance analysis and budget pacing summaries, providing the underlying data and narrative they need to drive commercial accountability with department heads.

Reporting Governance & Data Integrity

• Quality Assurance & Tie-Outs: Conduct rigorous data validation, model outputs verification, and financial tie-outs between source ledgers and reporting layers to guarantee 100% reporting accuracy.
• Systems Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally withClientModel Builders and Finance Systems administrators to define business reporting requirements, optimize reporting views, and automate data feeds (role focuses on reporting utilization and governance rather than backend model administration).

Process Architecture & Scalability

• Standardized Workflows: Design, implement, and institutionalize repeatable financial and operational reporting processes that are clearly documented and embraced by cross-functional business partners.
• Continuous Improvement: Streamline reporting cadences, transition manual offline analyses into scalable automated reporting routines, and reduce reporting turnaround cycle times.

Your Qualifications

• Core Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated FP&A or business finance experience, with proven expertise in corporate reporting, P&L management, and operational forecasting.
• Reporting Centralization: Demonstrated success serving as a primary reporting owner or lead analyst responsible for delivering regular reporting cadences to leadership.
• Financial & Analytical Rigor: Strong hands-on command of P&L mechanics, including headcount modeling, OpEx tracking, accruals, and detailed variance analysis.
• Systems Proficiency: Strong working familiarity withClientas a reporting platform/dashboard user combined with expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Finance Collaboration & Enablement: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across finance and accounting teams, translating complex datasets into clear, consumable reporting packages that empower finance leads to guide business leaders.
• Adaptability & Drive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple reporting deadlines in parallel with composure and precision.
