Job summary

GIVA is seeking an analytical FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast-growing, high-energy environment. You will provide strategic financial insights to support critical business decisions and help the organization scale.

You will lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and reporting, collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product, and prepare analyses for senior management and fundraising activities to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CFA/CPA qualification is an advantage.
• 2–3+ years FP&A, finance, or related roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive summaries. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to provide financial insights and guidance for business initiatives.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, recommendations, financial projections, and investor presentations for fundraising activities.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial planning systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About the Role
