Job summary

Naukri Assist in Hyderabad seeks a CA-led senior FP&A professional to own budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis, and to partner with senior leaders to explain financial performance. You will analyze Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year, translate complex data into actionable insights, and challenge cost and investment decisions.

Proficiency in Excel and SAP is essential; Power BI, Power Query or Alteryx is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA with 10+ years of FP&A experience incl. budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and explain financial performance.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP; experience with BI tools like Power BI/Power Query/Alteryx.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Manufacturing or Supply Chain preferred.

Absolutely. This is essentially a senior Finance Business Partner / FP&A role where the person needs to be strong in both numbers and business partnering.

You are looking for a CA with 10+ years of experience who can:

Own FP&A activities budgeting, forecasting, planning and variance analysis.

Analyse Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year and identify why numbers moved.

Convert large/complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

Have strong Excel + SAP skills.
