Hiring Squad is seeking an FP&A professional to drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for our Gurgaon-based operations. You will deliver dashboards, variance analyses and management reporting to steer strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover cost savings and process improvements, and build budgets from scratch when needed. Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to create and interpret dashboards for KPIs.
